Processing Time:

• Orders are typically processed within 2 – 4 business days.
• Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer; details will be provided at checkout.

Shipping Locations:

• Malta & Gozo – Free or flat-rate delivery options available.
• Europe – We ship across the EU and UK with reliable tracked services.
• North America – Select artworks and products can be shipped; shipping rates and times are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Times:

• Malta: 2-5 business days
• Europe: 5-10 business days
• North America: 10-20 business days (depending on customs and location)

Shipping Costs:

• Calculated at checkout based on destination, size, and weight of the artwork/product.
• Free shipping may be available on select items or promotions.

Customs & Duties:

• For shipments outside the EU, customs fees, import taxes, or duties may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Packaging & Care:

• All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival. Original art is shipped with protective wrapping and includes a Certificate of Authenticity.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
